When we meet with you, we’ll provide you with a detailed Buyers Packet, which includes a guide to local businesses, an island map, a description of our services and the buying process, as well as information on the island's total real estate inventory. Our office, open by appointment only, is located just behind the Lummi Island Post Office.

I began my real estate career in 2005 and joined Lummi Island Realty in 2006. After earning my Managing Broker license in 2009, I became the company's Designated Broker in 2024.
I primarily work with sellers on Lummi Island, helping homeowners navigate the unique opportunities and considerations of the island market. In addition, I continue to serve a valued network of referral and past clients on the mainland, many of whom I have worked with for years.
Honesty, integrity, and clear communication are the foundation of my business. I understand that buying or selling real estate is one of the most significant financial decisions a person will make, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, education, and advocacy so that every client feels confident, informed, and supported throughout the process.
I moved to Lummi Island in 2001 and quickly fell in love with its quiet beauty, strong sense of community, and deep connection to nature. Living here has taught me the value of stewardship, connection, and belonging, and I am grateful to have raised my sons in such a special place.

Serena Dabney

I've called Lummi Island home since 2011, where I live with my husband and our two children, who attend the local Beach School and Nature Preschool. I joined the Lummi Island Realty team as a broker in 2017, but my connection to island life runs much deeper.
Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent my summers commercial fishing in Alaska. My love of boats and working on the water eventually led me to join the Lummi Island ferry crew in 2016, and in 2025 I became a full-time captain. Working on the ferry has given me a unique perspective on island life and strengthened my connection to this remarkable community.
As the daughter of a real estate broker, I've long been drawn to the industry, and helping people find their place on the island feels like a natural fit. One of my favorite parts of the job is welcoming newcomers and connecting them with the people, resources, and community that make island life so special. Helping others discover not just a home, but a true sense of belonging, is incredibly rewarding.

Brittany Swaen is a fifth-generation Lummi Islander and co-owner of Stay & Sea Vacation Rentals alongside her twin sister. Through her experience owning and managing vacation rentals, Brittany brings a unique perspective on the island's short-term rental market, helping buyers better understand the opportunities and considerations that come with vacation home ownership.
Passionate about boating, fishing, and hiking, Brittany loves sharing the beauty and charm of Lummi Island with others. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community through her work with Stay & Sea and as a co-owner and steward of the Islander Store, helping visitors and residents alike experience all that the island has to offer.

Colleen McCrory founded Lummi Island Realty LLC in 2006 with a vision of providing real estate services focused exclusively on Lummi Island. As a longtime island resident, she brought a deep understanding of island living and a passion for helping others find their place in this unique community.
After moving from the city to Lummi Island, Colleen found the close connection to nature she had been seeking. The island's stunning landscapes and slower pace of life inspired both her lifestyle and her approach to real estate.
After more than 40 years in the industry, Colleen retired from active brokerage, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service. Those of us fortunate enough to work alongside her are deeply grateful for her mentorship, ethical guidance, and leadership. Her values continue to shape our team and the way we serve our clients today.
